NITEL PRIVATIZATION: A CASE OF CAPITALIST PLUNDER

The press is recently awash with the latest news about the failed privatization of NITEL, the foremost Nigerian government communication giant that has been made the ghost of itself. However, this writer has written an article, on 31 Mar 2010, published on socialistnigeria.org, herein republished which addressed the planned privatization of NITEL to New Generation Nigeria. The article still retains its valid argument which has been confirmed by the latest failed privatization of the organization. As Nigeria moves toward 2011 elections, it is sad that the working people will be denied a genuine voice from the capitalist parties in existence today. The working people will again vote in their class enemies to power.
